Psychological insight – leadership experience – consultancy competence
With an academic degree in psychology and more than 20 years experience in the US within organizational research and in Denmark within specialist and strategic HR leadership roles in global companies, I have solid understanding for what it takes to create the best conditions for development. My approach combines deep psychological insight and professional experience in driving the leadership and talent agendas in a global context. My global leadership roles in Novo Nordisk, Nordea and Maersk Tankers have taught me the art of collaborating with diverse stakeholders to increase engagement by working closely together to create results.
Originally from the US and having lived and worked the past 27 years in Denmark, I leverage my experience of combining cultures and connecting people. I know what it feels like to be both enriched and challenged by cultural differences and have experienced when it works. I enjoy the possibility of working in both English and Danish and in culturally diverse contexts.
My strength is to clearly and quickly see hidden potential in people and organizations. I help my clients realize this potential to improve development and results. This happens best by building on strengths, asking fundamental questions, being courageous, creating trustful relationships and seeing the world with fresh eyes.
