The team development approach is a custom designed and structured process for developing an effective high performing team with overall objectives to create clarity on core task, ensure ability to deliver on strategic objectives and co-create the desired culture of the team.

A team development journey can typically run forĀ  6-9 months involving different phases, starting with a Team Alignment 1-2-day workshop where essential topics are covered such as: diagnosis to assess team culture, developing shared purpose and vision, clarifying priorities, defining a process for team feedback, and committing to an action plan. Afterward the initial workshop, monthly progress and learning sessions can be conducted to follow up on team agreements as well as focus on key topics such as decision making, building trust, managing conflict, and strengthening the overall practice of integrating reflection and action during meetings.
